2 Terms of Service

  • These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HC24 website, staffing portals, predictive scheduling interfaces, and data analytics dashboards. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
     

  • 1. Use of Our Platform
     

  • For Professionals: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current credentialing and professional data.

  • For Organizations: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access our live dashboards and AI tools solely for internal workforce planning and management.
     

  • 2. AI Tooling & Operational Disclaimer
     

  • HC24 provides predictive scheduling models, auto-matching software, and administrative AI tools to assist healthcare facilities. While our AI aids optimization, final staffing decisions, clinical deployments, and regulatory scheduling compliance remain the sole responsibility of the client facility management.
     

  • 3. Proprietary Intellectual Property
     

  • All systems, algorithms, source codes, proprietary workforce metrics, brand marks, and dashboard configurations featured on this platform are the exclusive property of HC24 Healthcare Workforce Inc.
     

  • 4. Governing Law
     

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal actions arising from these terms must be filed in the courts of Ontario.
