About the Role
HC24 is hiring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for travel and local assignments across Ontario. As an HC24 PSW, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and patients with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
You will:
Assist patients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and families
Support nursing staff with patient observations and basic care tasks
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and residents
Represent HC24 with professionalism, compassion, and reliability
Requirements
Active PSW certification from a recognized Ontario college or training institution
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, long-term care home, or community care setting (2+ years preferred)
CPR/First Aid certification (current and valid)
Willingness to travel for short or long-term placements across Ontario
Strong communication, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care
